Terms of Service

Public campaigns, organizers and documents

Campaigns are created and managed by their respective organizers within workspaces. Public campaigns can be viewed without signing in: their names, descriptions, rules, covers and attached documents are available to visitors and other users. Organizers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of campaign content and for having the necessary rights. They must not publish confidential information or other people’s personal data without a proper legal basis. Publication on clipledger does not mean that the Provider has reviewed, approved or financially guaranteed a campaign.

Independent organizers determine video requirements, participation rules and review procedures and are responsible for fulfilling their promises, including agreed creator rewards. clipledger provides technical tools and does not become a party to those arrangements merely by hosting a campaign. Accessing a PDF or joining a campaign does not by itself prove that a separate contract with the organizer has been validly concluded; the organizer is responsible for communicating and validly agreeing any additional terms.

View data from third-party platforms may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Displayed estimated or final accruals do not confirm a bank transfer. Creator payments are not automatic: organizers make actual transfers outside clipledger.

Claims for unpaid rewards must be addressed to the independent organizer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider does not guarantee independent organizers’ good faith, solvency or performance, and does not undertake to pay their debts, recover rewards or resolve financial disputes. If Akkush s.r.o. itself organizes a campaign, it remains responsible for the obligations it assumes as that campaign’s organizer.

Mandatory law and reports of violations

All exclusions, limitations, account restrictions and changes to the Service or these Terms are subject to mandatory applicable law and the Provider’s own obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for the Provider’s own unlawful acts or its own campaigns. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable despite the choice of Czech law or the English-language precedence rule. Material changes will be notified as required by law; separate consent will be obtained where legally required.

The Provider may restrict illegal, fraudulent or misleading campaigns and content, or suspend access, in accordance with applicable law. Report suspected violations to hello@akkush.tech or through /support. Identify the campaign or document URL and explain the violation; for an illegal-content notice, include your name and email (unless a statutory exception applies) and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete. Reports are reviewed by people; applicable notice, reasons and redress requirements must be observed.

clipledger is a web application that helps users track video campaign performance, calculate creator payouts, and manage campaign submissions.

The Service relies on third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). YouTube is used to retrieve public video performance data.When you connect a third-party account (e.g., TikTok or Instagram), you authorize clipledger to access basic account information (such as display name and avatar) and, where applicable, media data and performance metrics (such as video views and insights) via these platforms.By connecting your account to third-party services, you grant clipledger permission to access data made available through their APIs for the purpose of providing the Service.These connections are established using secure OAuth authorization flows.

The Service may allow users to upload and store content such as profile images.

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful activities
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• access data belonging to other users without authorization
• misuse automated systems or APIs in a way that harms the platform

You are responsible for any content you upload to the Service, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use such content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service relies on third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for retrieving video data and account information.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes made by these third-party services.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Payments and Payout Calculations

clipledger calculates estimated and final payouts based on the campaign rules and the video view counts retrieved from external platforms.

clipledger does not process or distribute payments to creators.

Users are solely responsible for making payments based on the calculated payouts.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akkush s.r.o. shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of business or revenue
• errors in third-party data sources

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
